We ship via USPS + will supply a tracking code. Please understand that once the item has been out of the possession of Arrow+Bark, It is no longer our responsibility for lost and stolen goods or to track your item. Please see tracking number to follow the whereabouts of your purchase(s). If your items have not made it to your destination, contact USPS ASAP. If you wish to have your item rushed you will be responsible for additional postage fees.
All orders will be processed the day after your order is placed.
Please allow 7-10 business days for your arrow+bark headband to be created before shipment. If your order should ever be delayed for any reason, I will always send an email letting you know.
All items are made to order just for you. Shipping in the U.S. is 2-5 business days & International orders can take 2-3 weeks.
Return Policies?
-I DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES, unless there is a mistake on my part. Due to limited fabric in certain prints I won't be able to offer any returns or exchanges. Please measure head before purchasing a headband for correct size. Leave the exact size in the notes at checkout.

We strive to ship within the listed time frame as all items are made to order, for this reason I will use the addresses provided to me on the invoice. So please Be sure to verify your address(es).
